Please pray for our daughter Carmen who is still struggling with a broken leg post surgery. There is still swelling and she needs help to do everything. She goes to see the surgeon Nov 2nd so we shall see what the going forward plan is.

Rae Roderick called asking for prayers for her daughter Lisa. She was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has had an operation to remove a lump, she won't know what chemo or treatment until the result of the biopsy are return on the 18th.

Would you join me in prayer for my mother, Leona, a resident of St. Joseph's. She just got over Covid last week and now has shingles. She is very discouraged and lonely. She had been in isolation for 10 days prior to this and her floor has been in "outbreak" for the last six weeks as Covid made its way from one resident to another . Both my sister and I are immuno-compromised and have had to limit our visits for the past six weeks. She usually is in good spirits but this last illness and the isolation have taken their toll. She was crying when I last spoke to her. Please pray that God will not only heal her body but also heal her heart and mind.
Please pray that God will put an end to all these outbreaks at the Nursing Home and heal all the residents and staff suffering from them. Bless you.

Praise - our daughter was released from the hospital today. Her surgeon told her she has to be non weight bearing and no physio until he sees her on Nov 2nd.
They live in a 4 floor split level house so it will be challenging for awhile.
She is in good spirits which is half the battle right there.

I wanted to encourage the one who humbled themself to confess that they hate God. I struggled with this for years as a born again Christian and what healed/helped me was pressing in by seeking the Lord and by reading His Words of truth to destroy “every high thing in me that exalts itself against the knowledge of God” (2 cor 10:4-5) and it really does work!!! ️️
The truth sets us free!!!!

Elder prayer request and confession (God’s Word says to confess your sins to one another so you may be healed): I hate God. Please pray God provide all that my heart/mind/body/spirit/whatever needs, whatever that may be, to stop hating him because I can’t stop hating him on my own. Pray for permanent transformation where I can stop hating God. Pray for complete healing and that God move quickly and powerfully to heal, transform, end my suffering permanently, and keep his promises. The words I have gotten from God are “transformation”, “redeeming love,” “abundant life,” and “faith.” Please pray fervently for those things if you are empowered by God to do so for me in Jesus name.

Please pray for our daughter Carmen who is in Calgary and fell down the stairs lastnight and broke her leg in two places. She’s waiting for surgery.
She was supposed to be flying today to Palm Springs to meet her 3 sisters for a reunion and to celebrate her 40th birthday.
